I was very happy that Brandon was able to fix our GFi outlet. I had it put in a year ago but it would not reset. He told me the wires were crossed and that he had fixed it and I didn’t need it replaced. I was very happy with his service and I would most definitely use them again and also recommend them. After he left, I looked at my husband and said I don’t understand why the wires were crossed we just had this put in a year ago? (by a different person) My Mr. fix it had tried to fix it without telling me and had crossed the wires in his attempt to try and fix the issue. He will no longer be trying to fix things without me, knowing about it!!! Men grr I will still call an electrician each and every time! Thank you very much for fixing what my Mr Fix it could not fix! Robin and Brendan were great. Very personable and they clearly explained what the issues were. Their solution was straightforward and everything is working again. And now that they separated some circuits, I should not have issues with tripped breakers. Many thanks to them both.

I paid $500 for a diagnostic of my electrical panel, inspection of the problem areas, and for the repair. I don't know if that's a good price or not, and I don't care. It was well worth the price to have my electrical issue resolved within a couple of hours from the time I called on a Saturday morning. The technician and electrician were courteous and professional. I am pleased.

Robin showed up on time. He looked over the panel and made comments about how the new panel would fit. He asked if I wanted the other sub-panels replaced. I said I'd think about it. Robin said the office would give me an estimate for replacing either one panel or all three. He took pictures of the current installation and said an estimate would be worked up and sent to me. All in all a very satisfactory assessment.

This company is the best !!! Professional, polite, on time service , and work is great . Highly recommend . Armando listened and asked questions when I explained what had happened with my clothes dryer outlet. He told me what to expect when the service technician arrived. Bernadette notified me that my service could be done a day earlier than scheduled! Suggest requesting Romulo. He explained what he was doing, very thorough, precise, pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. No more worries about the dryer connection to the outlet after the unexpected power surge.
