Freedom Forever

These guys do a great job throughout the entire process! I've just had my panels installed and I'm loving everything so far! The consultant Orlando went through everything with me thoroughly. He did a great job explaining everything. So many benefits besides just saving money. When it came to the install... man it was flawless! I was really lucky to get the team of Joerick and The Powerhouse Oilers! They were quick, efficient, thoughtful, and courteous. Felt like I had friends over vs a company. Overall, you will love the experience in getting solar from these guys if you choose too.

I am very happy and great appreciation to Freedom Forever teams who have helped me to have solar system installed at my house. Since the first time I met district sales manager, Jared Brough friendly, funny and knowledgeable about solar. He guide me through everything steps by steps . I really like his professional way. Also the installation teams are fast and work all the way to have system done in about 6 Hours. I am deeply thank to freedom forever teams.

Shout out to Tom and the Lion Team from FreedomForever solar company for a Job-well done! Tom and the crew who installed our solar panels work in a safe, clean and in a professional way. Tom as the lead man, talk to me and explain the process of installing the panels from the beginning till the end. Tanner and the powerhouse saints did my install and were great! The install is extremely clean. They answered questions the best they could. If they didn’t know something they directed me to whom should know. One thing I appreciate from anyone is honesty. I’d love to have these guys back when i decide to add more panels to my house.

10/17/25 - Update to our review- Powerwall offline again…finally after getting fixed it went out again. Waited a month to be put on the schedule to get fixed, they come out and do an "update" and it is still not fixed. Not sure what they think a good turnaround time is, but weeks just turn into month, and we are left paying for electricity instead of getting solar power. We had our system installed last year July-September. Our install went fine no issues, however, our Power Wall battery has been going off line. I called back in May 2025 to report a problem and the service appointment was schedule for a month later. The guy came out June and "fixed" the problem. Two days later the battery was offline again. I had to call twice to get another appointment. They scheduled it another month out, July. It is hurricane season here….I need control over the power wall. The battery should not be going out, and they weren’t able to fix it the first time. They put me on the waitlist for an earlier appointment should one come up, but they refused to accommodate our family. The service guy said a manager would call me….I’m still waiting for that phone call.

If I could do it over I wouldn't get Solar Panels from Freedom Forever. About three months after installation I had a leak because one of the holes they did for one of the panels wasn't closed properly. The leak came down my attic and damaged one of the walls in my second floor. I ended up paying a contractor to fix the leak to prevent further damage. It took me about six months to have Freedom Forever finally refund me. My panels have never produced what I was promised. We're now about three years after install and my panels barely produce any power. I called the company about six months after I install and was told I had to allow at least a year for the panels to work at their fullest. I filed a request with the company to review my panel production about a year after install because of low production. After almost another year of follow up and calls I was told by one of their customer service agents that they cannot guarantee that my electric bill would go down. I told her that was the point of me getting the panels, because of the salesman guaranteed, she had the audacity to tell me people get the panels "to help the environment" Needless to say, three years later I have not received an answer about my claim. A technician came to my house about two years after installation, I was told they had to replace a part to improve production. I asked the technician if they were replacing the piece because of my claim. He said he did not know anything about that. He said I should receive a call from Freedom Forever, but of course I never did.

Tanner and team Gemini were awesome. I have never seen a harder working crew do anything as good. They were on time, neat and a great group of nice young men. It was so hot, they were so appreciative of water and Gatorade. Thanks again Tanner and team Gemini and a great company Freedom Forever Solar
