Fresh Comfort Solutions went above and beyond when my A/C went out due to a bad capacitor. They worked hard — even up in the attic for quite a while — to get everything back up and running. I really appreciated their dedication, especially since my 65-year-old mom lives with me and staying cool is so important. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend them if you want quality service from people who genuinely care! I called Fresh Comfort when both of my mom’s AC systems stopped cooling in the middle of summer. It was hot! She was miserable, and we needed it done quick! We decided she needed to replace both units! They provided a full breakdown of possible repair solutions versus new install, and guided us in making the best decision for us financially and long-term. Makhi was not pushy, but informative and genuine. On install day, Makhi, Trever, and Cameron all showed up in a logoed truck with matching logos on their shirts, and were all very professional and polite. They kept a clean workspace. They communicated well through the project. And overall, made us feel very safe and secure through the whole process. They were not only great at what they did, which they knocked out in one day, but they were all good people! Highly recommend! Will use for all of my service needs in the future.
