I had a very seamless experience with Frosty installing two mini-splits in my home. I received a fair price, good customer service and a quick install. Start to finish the whole process took less than a week. Will have Frosty back for additional HVAC work at my house.

I used Frosty's for a number of years for my HVAC service. I moved to a new home and unfortunately my system broke. I reached out to their customer service regarding a quote and their receptionist Stephanie was lovely on the phone and told me all the information I needed to provide and I did within a few hours. I followed up a few business days later and she said "we've been very busy but our technician will get back to you today;" another 2 business days go by and I haven't heard anything (btw its cold and my furnace is broken) so I call again and Stephanie tells me he will respond ASAP. He responds the next morning, but he tells me that he cannot provide a quote (even though Stephanie told me on the phone what information to provide in order to receive a quote). I understand that it may be difficult to provide a quote over the phone, but I wish that they had told me that up front rather than waiting 5 days to respond and tell me that they couldn't (she specifically gave instructions on what to provide). Unfortunately we will be finding a new company. Customer service is too poor and communication is very slow to keep using Frosty's.

James and Paul were extremely helpful in ensuring my family and I had a warm Christmas. James identified workable and affordable solutions that fit our budget. He was willing to squeeze us in during the coldest week of the year. Fantastic customer service from Paul who worked around our schedule, kept a clean workspace, was on time and friendly, and played great music. All around terrific experience with Frosty's and they will be who we go to in the future. He even fixed previous work done in the space.

I have been very happy with Frosty's since they installed my HVAC unit a year ago. I have a small garden style condo, and installing the system was no easy feat. James gave me a great quote, and it was significantly cheaper than others in the area, he also offered a 5 year service/maintainance plan at a good price as well. James gave me his number when he came out to provide me an estimate, and he was responsive during weekends/nights to help me work through some trouble shooting issues when it was below freezing and I couldn't figure out how to set my thermostat. That level of customer service is really exceptional. I have worked with a few of their technicians and while they are all great, Tyler is extremely helpful and I try and schedule my check ups when he is working. Tyler answers all my questions, and I trust his recommendations and advice. I hope he continues to work at Frosty's for as long as I have my unit with them!

Frostys is the best. When our hot water heater went out, they provided same day quote and replacement. We were so grateful!

Have been using Frosty’s for several years for periodic check-ups/maintenance on the house’s HVAC system. Turns out this year I needed a complete new system (old one was 16 years old). From start to finish, the team(s) Frosty’s sent was professional, considerate, and knew their stuff. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

Freaking amazing!!! Tyler knew his stuff. Was there, assessed the situation, knew where to go on roof and and what to check for. Gave me three options, discussed pros and cons for each and then came up with action plan. He may only be 23 but a very seasoned professional! Highly highly recommend!!!
