I have been here before and the reason to come back was the customer service. First of all the Lady at the front desk (Lauren) at the front desk was very rude and seemed like have an attitude. While we were at the register she was asking her colleagues to talk to us and making us feel overwhelmed and joking around on purpose. Feels like she didn't wanted us to be here. She made us sign the registration form and afterwards told us that it is going to be additional $8 per person for racing. We weren't informed it would be an hour wait because for some reason all 6-7 staff members are hanging out in the back to refuel the two little gas tanks. We had our plans afterwards and it all got messed up because of this. No staff is out here to help us get on the tracks for a 6 min race. We have been here for over a hour now and did nothing. I would prefer driving a little extra for a better experience next time. *Yoziah was nice at the gokart station who finally helped us get on track and get us going.
The best to do go kart. 1. Go kart is really good here. Like it’s fast. Out of all go karts I had been to, these are fastest. The go karts are really good, well maintained and can do small drifts too. It’s much fun to do. 2. This place had so many other options like VR game, axe throwing, paint-less paintball etc. 3. They have like 2 tracks for go kart. They are decent with well curves. I liked adrenaline one. 4. We took adrenaline pass which costs around $54 on weekends, and they would say it’s unlimited rides within 2 hours duration. But the thing is it depends on availability. But they would make sure you would get at-least 3 rides, each ride consists of 6min. So I don’t see any difference between regular one and this except this pass has additional free axe throwing. I’m but it would be worth it I guess. 5. The other main thing is, in the go kart, they allow max of 10-15. But if someone messes like red flag, the time (6min) won’t stop. Meaning if someone messes up (dash the go kart to side racks and messes up), they stop everyone until they clear that person, but the time won’t stop. So instead of 5-8 laps, you would only make fewer (2-5) laps. 6. It would get pretty busy on weekends and especially in the evenings. So I would recommend go in the afternoon for best experience as you would go with your group only when no one else shows up and makes lot of laps too. 7. Disclaimer: go karts are of gas based, and indoor. So expect lot of pollution and hot in summer. I would appreciate the guys working continuously there in that would place. 8. They give best service and hospitality.
Love that there’s many activities and choices our favorite was the paint balling and gellyball the guy who was there was great help and very nice. When tried to do ax throwing or wanted help at the front no one had came to help out. Service in those department could have been better. But overall it was a great spot.
Had an amazing time racing here, fast karts and super supportive track crew. They were awesome, giving us tips and tricks about each track and the better ways to take corners. The vr setup is dope. The zombie game was epic especially if you play with a group of people. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend to come check this place out! Special shout outs to Peyton and Drew! My friend and I had a blast!
I recently brought a group of five teenage boys for a birthday celebration on October 18. From the moment we arrived, the disorganization was evident. The facility was quiet, yet there was a long wait at the register, and the staff seemed to lack urgency. It was frustrating to see several employees chatting while guests were left waiting. We were never informed about the process or expectations regarding the passes, which added to our confusion. After waiting by the safety video station for staff assistance that never came, we had to figure everything out ourselves. Once we made it to the track, it was still unclear what to do, and the staff on the floor appeared to avoid making eye contact or offering help. After two races, I approached the counter to book more races and explained that we were first-time visitors and still confused. Instead of providing clarification, the staff member seemed frustrated and repeated vague instructions, which did not help at all. As our visit was winding down, I told the boys to hurry to the counter to book another race. To my disappointment, only one of the five boys was allowed to race again, while the birthday guest and the other three were turned away. When I went up and asked for clarification, the staff member acted as if she had no idea who I was and said they needed to ask at the counter. I expressed my frustration, explaining they had done just that and were turned away. The staff member then claimed their time had expired, only to later say there were no available slots, despite the fact that they arrived with 15 minutes left on their pass. The lack of clear communication and the shifting explanations were incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, all five boys felt that the track staff were rude. Each of them expressed that they did not want to return to this location, feeling that their time was wasted and that our money was not well spent. Additionally, I found the system of having "junior" and "pro" karts confusing. Older racers can race with juniors, but juniors cannot race with older participants, which seems illogical. The lack of communication from staff only compounded our confusion. Overall, we spent a significant amount of money expecting a fun and organized experience, but instead, we encountered confusion, rudeness, and wasted time. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues related to the lack of clear processes and staff attitudes. Website also did not help; it matches the experience we had.
Great family fun! Minimum height and have to be 10yo. We did the 1 event all day pass (we were there a couple hours) and it was less than $20 per person....we probably got at least 20-30 races in on a weekday evening for my 12yo's birthday....awesome time! And we got a bonus $5 game play on each card so....win/win for everybody.
We came for a corporate work event, this was my first time going to Full Throttle. Brandon was great. His enthusiasm had the whole group pumped, we had the best time.
