Just picked up our new 5th wheel! After weeks of research and talking with Anthony Nares, we decided Fun Town was where we wanted to buy. Everyone there was helpful and honest. We had a great experience getting our first camper from Fun Town this week. Drew and the rest of the team were super helpful in finding us a camper that fit our budget and had all of the amenities (and more) that we wanted! Drew was really honest and professional with the sale, when we’re ready for our next camper we will definitely be back to work with him. The finance team was also great and they were able to get us a lower interest rate than our credit union. Cody in the service department was also really thorough and helpful in answering all of our questions before we left with our new camper. Thanks Fun Town!

My husband and I recently purchased a 23 ft Forest River trailer from the Northland Dr dealership. While we are happy with the trailer, the customer service we experienced once we left the lot leaves a lot to be desired. After picking up our trailer and driving it over 2 hours away to set up for a month, we found a water leak and also discovered the hot water heater did not work. (things we had been told were "gone over" during our walk through) We contacted our sales person who said he would call the dealership and have someone get back to us. This never happened. We had to have a local RV repair service come help us with the problems. I personally went to the dealership with the $235 invoice for the repairs in hand, and asked if there was anything they could do to help with the charge. No one at the dealership had any knowledge of the phone call we made for help to troubleshoot the problems with. The general manager took a copy of my repair invoice and said he would forward it on to Texas to see if reimbursement could be made. I asked to be kept updated with results. I didn't hear anything for a month, so I called the general manager again. He said that $100 of the invoice was approved to refund, but not the balance as we could have brought the trailer back to them to service. The manager said at that time there was someone else he wanted to talk to that maybe could get the balance refunded as well. I again asked to be kept updated. I am now 3 days from that conversation and I have heard nothing back from him. And no, there was no check in the mail for the original approved amount. If you are thinking of buying from this business and customer service is important to you, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We went to Funtown RV today and had great sales person! He was not the pushy salesman but very helpful and had so information about each travel trailer we saw. We did not buy from him because we had already found one elsewhere to what we wanted. But thanks Anthony you were a great salesman!

Every single person we made contact with was WONDERFUL! I've never been anywhere in my 14 years of adulthood with such good customer service all around. Andrew helped us find a camper we love and Tyler helped us get financing. But everyone was so welcoming and one guy even got our pup some water! Good pricing, good people, would highly highly recommend. Also have to mention the service guy was also GREAT! Thanks everyone!

Very friendly and professional people walked us through everything we needed to know being first time rv owners. Got us new tires and even the hitch we wanted installed to accommodate or 5inch lifted truck. Got a very handy starter pack and even bought a new couch. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for everything.
