They are very knowledgeable, and professional. The installation would have been faster if the weather had cooperated. Now im waiting on the inspection to okay the activation of all that work. I'm satisfied that it will work as advertised. Thanks guys.
I’ve been a client with Fusion for over two years. My greatest concern in signing a contract with Fusion initially was the fact that they are located in Phoenix, Arizona and I am located south in Saint David, Arizona. I was very concerned about service. Fusion has had to make multiple trips to my location to solve multiple challenges. While the challenges have been more than I expected, I am very impressed with their service. Even after over two years they are still coming to Saint David when there’s a problem with the system. I have not received a single charge for their service. Dominic, the service manager is very easy to work with and does his best to set an appointment as soon as possible. Working with Mark, an engineer, has been fantastic. He has personally visited my home and monitors the system constantly. He is always available for my calls. I am very impressed with the service and warranty of Fusion and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of installing solar. With solar, you will always need service. It is my experience that Fusion will back their warranty and be there when you need them. Bruce Staggs
When I first signed on with them in November 2022 everything was great. Step by step all the way to completion everything was all good. Fast forward to now and I have since then moved into a new house, which I also brought the panels with me, and have been in this house for now 6 months. It's has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE dealing with Fusion Power. It took another 3 months or so just for them to come out and have them reinstall the panels, then I wasn't made aware until I kept calling why the panels weren't working that the inverter had to be replaced. The part and labor was covered by Fusion Power, but I still have not been getting any use from my panels. I was told that all they had left to do was switch over the serial number and everything should be working. I still have no usage. Now we're in October and I called ONCOR to see if they knew what the issue was and I was told I was suppose to receive a document known as the Interconnection Agreement from ONCOR , but according to ONCOR, Fusion Power was supposed to send over the OK and ONCOR would send over that document. I've been paying the monthly cost for these panels PLUS having to pay my full electric bill for the past 6 months and the only thing Fusion Power was able to do was defer one payment. I was recommended to Nate Hart and at times he was very helpful, but most of the time he's absolutely impossible to get ahold of and when I finally get him on the phone he always says he's about to go into a meeting and he would return my call and never does. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and by looking up reviews from what others have to say about this company im not the only person they've have done this to. It's completely unacceptable and they need to fire everyone in the company and start anew with a whole new team that actually cares about their customers and doing their job correctly. Full warning to anyone else to looks to do business with Fusion Power, I would urge you to look elsewhere.
After the installation, I noticed extra holes they initially made to place the battery. However, they left with the extra holes unfixed. I’ve contacted my sales rep who kept reassuring me that he is the main point of contact via email and phone but I have never gotten a response back. My solar app is also down and not showing any power generating even after they replaced the inverter. I’ve entered service tickets for this issue and the unfixed holes in the wall but all I keep receiving are automated emails that they are working on it.
Been waiting over 30 days to have this mess connected, been in the home since June 30th 2025. No one has called me back in regard to when they will connect the box, but yet they've been paid. I see this as a trend with a lot of businesses in Arizona. I guess I will have my attorney reach out to see if these guys respond to a breach of contract suit so I can get those funds back with interest for the breach.
Absolutely terrible experience. When I bought my house the prior owners had purchased solar from Fusion. We haven’t had any issues in the 2.5 years we have lived here until recently. We noticed for June, July, and August that our SRP bill was $200+ more than it was normally. Once we figured out it was our solar panels as the issue, I called, emailed, and put in the request for Fusion to come out and service our solar panels. I was told it would be taken care of and someone would reach out in a couple days. When calling to speak with someone you will initially speak with Miranda, who is truly the worst person to answer the phone. She is not polite, very rude, and extremely unhelpful. I called the main number and finally got ahold of Jennifer who let me know they had the previous owners info on the account and needed to do a warranty transfer. I provided the information needed and was told that would take a couple of days. After hearing nothing I reached out again and spoke with Drake. He said nothing had been submitted and he was going to work on it and it would take an additional couple of days. It has been more than 2.5 weeks and nothing. I am constantly having to track them down and truly struggling to do so. I reached out to the owner, Jared Gilespe, and he told me they are backlogged from the rain. I explained I had this ticket in prior to all of the rain and was told to continue to wait and to be on the lookout for the weekly text/email to see about when someone can come out to service my units and it would likely be $200+ unless covered under the warranty but still would have to pain for labor. The lack of communication sucks. When you go onto the BBB there are several people complaining about the same thing. I am stuck with these solar panels and paying extra on my utility bill. All I want is for someone to come out and fix my panels so they are working 100% again and to pay for the extra utility amount because of how long it is taking them to communicate, let alone come out and resolve the issue.
Had my aeroseal done with them. The techs were very knowledgeable explained everything as they were doing it. Went above and beyond in the service changed the capacitor on the AC. Definitely recommend
