Gateway Electric

The service by Gateway Electric was great! They are professionals and did a great job of communicating. The techs were exceptional. They installed lighting in my outbuilding and it was done in a professional manner. They made sure everything worked, cleaned up and followed up. I highly recommend Gateway Electric.

Had a fantastic visit today from Zach, Brody and Dylan. We had several items that needed fixed/replaced/installed (3 ceiling fans, 2 hanging lights, 2 wall sconces and several lights) and they arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, completed the work quickly and overall did a great job! I’ll be reaching out to them again soon to install a few additional lights in the master bath. Great job fellas and thank you!

Very prompt and responsive. I was able to speak with someone right away and got a call back from the service manager within 15 mins, they were at my house within 45 mins. I was super impressed with how quickly they made it out. Dylan, the tech that arrived, was very polite, friendly and explained things to me. It was a minor issue with my breaker and a quick fix, they were accommodating and fair with the service fee, as it took only about 15 mins to figure out and resolve problem.

Very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism from both guys today. They were timely and very helpful. Installed a timer for our outdoor lights and asked if there were any other services we needed. We shared with them a few projects we will have them back out for when it gets warmer. It was time to upgrade our overall capacity and plan for a possible car charger in the garage. The team from Gateway was just as pleasant to work with as they were professional. Everything was completed as planned, ahead of schedule, and the guys left everything as clean as possible. It's great to have a breaker box with circuits labeled far better than the original builders did. Brody and Dillon did a great job. They were personal and explained what they were doing and listened to my concerns making sure things were up to code. I definitely would ask for them again for any new electrical work that needs to be done.

They offered great service, installed an electric car charger on our house in a cost effective way. We are pleased with the final result.
