I talked to John originally. He was very helpful. I called back today s as the things I tried didn’t fix the issue and I spoke with Jeremy. Totally easy going and super helpful. Even sending me info to help me navigate the problem. I was able to fix it! This really saved me from having to load up and hail the tractor in. I’m quite a ways away. Jeremy and his team are top notch for farm and agricultural machines and implementation. Worth the 2.5 hours drive, and a must stop at Bowpicker fish & chips along the way.
