It was a great experience going here to buy a water pump, guys were super helpful and very nice , I will purchase all my small motor parts here

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever done business with. They will tell you what ever you want to hear and then not deliver. Good luck even getting them to pick up the phone.

Horrible service! I took my generator in and instructed them to completely go over it since it was just finishing it's break in period, yea it was almost new. When I picked it up it was generating only 91 volts, and when I called four days in a row and was forced to leave a message I never received a return call. It appears that the recent buyout/change of ownership has created a dysfunctional company. I strongly recommend not using this company, if they are not willing to do the work or respond to questions about their work, then they so not be in business.

Working with the service manager Mike was less than unsatisfactory. He never returned calls and in the end, didn't fix my generator. Once I got my generator back in the boat, it still didn't work. I had the maintenance guy that was working on the boat call Mike (the service manager at EC Power Denver) to see if he could get some insight on what might be the issue. He left a message, I called and left a message, and also had my wife call and she left massages. I have yet to hear from Mike (the service manager at EC Power Denver). I will use this as a learning experience and never use this company again. Very disappointed. Mike should not be in a manager position with the lack of attention he gives to his customers. Again, very disappointed:-(

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, EC Power Systems! If it weren't for your overnighting a key for us to start our Thomas mini skid, we'd still be stuck in the Forest under 2 feet of snow. You don't know how much relief you gave my husband and me by taking the time to make and overnight the key. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Your Customer Service is top notch and literally you are a life saver!

Will is ALWAYS my go to guy for residential generators! He is patient, kind and a wealth of information. I am trying to hire him away from EC Power but he says he likes his job! Thanks Will, Roy's Electric in Longmont will always call you first!
