Tim & the entire staff are highly knowledgeable, kind & very well qualified! Anyone from a homeowner to a lawn service company. They will take care of you. I've been a commercial customer (I do lawn, landscaping and snow services). I have full trust in anything that say & that they will find it & fix it. You don't get a computer when you call! You get a very knowledgeable & helpful person. I love local small businesses that care about their customers! This is one for sure.

Brought in a 25 plus year old Stihl string trimmer for repair, was told that repairs may or may not be cost effective. They were able to get it looked at pretty quickly considering the time of year, and it was going to be way more expensive to repair. They showed me a new comparable unit with a great price so I bought one. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to, really like small businesses where the employees actually care. I will always continue to do business here.

Going to J&J small engine service is always an adventure. I love coming here there’s so much to see and so much to browse that my imagination kicks into overdrive. Sometimes I feel like I want to take every Machine home with me. But we all know that’s impossible. They have a little bit of everything here for your outdoor needs. They have snow blowers to mowers plowing equipment to accessories and then some. It looks like they even provide service as well for anything broken or needing just a little tuneup. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful and I’ve yet to have a negative experience here. The facility is well-stocked and has plenty of variety to browse on and to choose from Whatever your needs are most likely they have it. They even have used equipment for sale if you’re looking for anything that fits your budget. Give them a shot, you definitely will not be disappointed.

Love J and J Small engines very unique and amazing people! You don’t always get the best customer service where people want to inform and do it with a smile on their face because they actually care and want to help! But here you always get it no matter the time of year or day you come! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Needed service on (2) lawnmowers. Service was fast and exceptional. Counter staff were very friendly. Best place in town for lawn equipment and service. Purchased a Toro from this place in 2006 and it still running!

I took my snapper lawnmower to J &J this morning. everyone was so helpful and nice ! I had my lawnmower blade sharpened, they are very reasonable ! If I ever need a new lawnmower I definitely will buy a lawnmower from J&J Thank you !
