My 1st experience with the company. Setting up an account was a breeze. Finally had a routine generator maintenance call after neglecting it for a long time. Technician came on time, found dead battery, replaced it(extra $225). Was vey nice and professional. Now generator is back in business, ready for whatever. Will continue scheduled maintenance every 6 month. Highly recommend.
It was so wonderful working with All Weather as they installed our generator. It was incredibly easy to reach them and they were available by phone at all times. Mauricio was our contact person and he was so generous with his time. He explained every step of the way and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mauricio also explained the importance of maintenance and said that he would always be available to us if we have any questions going forward. We are thrilled with the installation and with the personal service that is the hallmark of All Weather. We feel safe and secure with our new Generac system!!!! Thank you Mauricio!!!!
Communication for All Weather is fantastic. Maintenance was performed by a nice, friendly and knowledgeable tech. All Weather also installed my generator and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
