Transitioning from a 30 yo Oil furnace to a new 96% efficient gas Trane unit. Superior did the install and overall I’m pretty satisfied. Everyone from sales to the installers were very nice and personable. I found the 0% interest 36 month financing offer to be very convenient. Called them on a Thursday asking for an install date and they were at my house on the following Tuesday. The install went smoothly, arrived around 8-9am and left before 5pm. The team disconnected my old unit, installed the new unit, modified the ductwork, routed a new gas line from the unit to the location of my new gas meter, moved my thermostat and ran a new line, and directed the new flue to the side of my house. Part of the proposal was to move remove my old unit and oil tank, but that would be done by another company at a later date. Once done, they answered all of my questions and gave me a quick over view of maintenance and operation. I certainly don’t want to pick these guys apart because they were very nice but I was a bit disappointed with the flue installation as well as the cleanup. Unfortunately I didn’t take a very in depth look at everything until they were gone. The flue is a bit flimsy and was secured very loosely by zip ties which I wasn’t very thrilled about. Simple fix. After looking at the exterior intake vent, I noticed that it wasn’t installed properly. The hooded part was on the side which if left the way it was, may have led to water infiltration from rain. Simple fix, rotated it with pliers but still not sure why it was left like that. The picture I included is AFTER I made my adjustment. You may also notice all of the handprints on the vinyl siding. Lastly my basement floor was a mess. Again, simple fix but disappointing. With all that being said, still pretty happy with my new unit. Can’t wait to put it to use!
We recently had an issue with our bathroom switch and the lights not working. We have an older home built in 1972 and everything is still original. The wires behind the switch were a mess. So I called Superior Comfort Inc. and set up an appointment for them to come out because we needed expert help. Our electrician Justin was absolutely amazing! He was quick and explained everything. He also replaced our outlet plug for us and made it safer. We will definitely be going with Superior again for all of our future projects and asking for Justin!
The crew from Superior Comfort just left our home and in one day we got three heads and one condenser installed. The experience that started with Matt the sales rep and continued with Evan and then finished up with John, Derrick, Josh, Parker and the entire crew was fantastic! Communication between my wife, and I and the company was always kind and direct. We never felt like we couldn’t ask a question, we never felt rushed, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Each time a step in the process was scheduled, furious people from the company Showed up when they said they would and took us through the entire process seamlessly. The work that got done today was clean, aesthetically, pleasing, and the final tests of the system were all outstanding! We would absolutely work with this company again.
If I could assign 10 stars I would. My first positive was scheduling online for the service. Website was easy to use and the time frames, although weren’t convenient for my personal schedule, were abundant to choose from. Then I get several reminder texts which were fantastic for my scattered brain. Then I receive a text with a picture of my tech and his name, Kevin. Wow. Already above expectation. I received a phone call from Kevin with an eta and we both got to my residence at the same time. I was not waiting around for him. Again, fantastic. He listened to my rambling and looked around the tub and under the sink, coming up with a plan. We discussed possible scenarios and the solutions. And he was very thorough and great at explaining everything so I understood what he planned to do and then did it. His patience and understanding was just a huge bonus. I have had a run with this bathroom with repair after repair. He assisted with a few additional issues I was struggling with on top of the main issue!! Thanks to Kevin, I’m booking an under the sink upgrade on my PVC pipes in a couple of weeks. I do highly recommend this company. I write reviews often for different things, but this one was important because the recognition being a huge must. Even the receptionist was absolutely pleasant when I called for a better eta. Just highly impressed overall from the booking website experience until the very end when Kevin left my home. Thank you so very much.
I became aware of Superior Comfort as a Housing Authority Commissioner; they have a track record there of going above and beyond for our residents there. I met with Ryan for the estimate and proposal, and signed up after a thorough review with him. The team estimated 3 days; they stayed late today to finish the job. Kyle and the crew was thorough and focused on communication, quality and getting us AC earlier than planned. We can’t say enough about this company and crew. A plus for professionalism. Our house is cool for the first summer since we bought in 1982!

I had my mini splits cleaned and was underwhelmed with the finished product. Debris from the cleaning was left all around the floor under the indoor units and a few misc parts were not put back when re assembling. I also had to go back and clean some harder to reach places myself. The tech was courteous and punctual
