I had a problem and gave Jeff a call. Unfortunately he wasn't able to come to my location that day but he talked me through trouble shooting. He replied very quickly to any phone call or text giving me detailed descriptions on what I needed. I'm pretty handy so I didn't mind doing it myself if I could. Have had Jeff help out twice and both times he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Moved into an older house and he figured out a wiring rats nest in the kitchen and did the same with a Nest thermostat install. Highly recommend.
