Stay away from this place. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Mohamed is the worst, he complained about providing me with a box and bubble wraps assuming I’m shipping parts purchased from their company. Kind of invasive if you ask me. While I’m aware of rules and regulations with caterpillar, these parts were being purchased operate at my I&S business. This company has lost a paying customer. I took my business totaling $4700 elsewhere.

Here we are fall of 2022 and I've had H.O.Penn out to service and winterize my twin Cats (3196's) in my vessel before hauling for the winter as I've been doing annually. My 2022 season on the water was Awesome! Cat's ran Flawlessly thanks to the maintenance & service provided by H.O.Penn. Scheduling was EZ! The day of the scheduled work worked very well, All on time & a couple additional items taken care of on the spot w/o a return visit. Once again I'm extremely Happy with the outstanding Service provided by H.O.Penn's service Department. I've been using H.O. Penn since I purchased this vessel (Cat's) and have been Very Pleased with their work & response to work requests. I Highly Recommend H.O.Penn for all your Cat Needs. A Good Value. Cut corners with a Cheaper route & will cost you more in the long run! In Reality is cost less to have it done right the 1st time verses having to "Re-do" when corners are cut! Yes, I've written H.O.Penn reviews previously and I"M BACK!! 2021 I've had the pleasure of using there services again this fall to winterize the "La Dolce Vita". scheduling with the Service Manger was prompt & efficient answering all my many questions & addressing my needs. The date of the scheduled service was on time. Every detail of preparing my power plants for the winter "In Water" was addressed. Twin 3196's . I did stop by briefly, the day of the service, and all my "Many" questions were answered. H.O.Penn has always been there for me when needed and instilled confidence in my engines as well as their service. In another life (many years ago) I worked on Locomotive diesel's for Conrail in service and heavy overhaul and I have to tell you H.O.Penn Tech's are sharp! I'm thoroughly Impressed with their knowledge & expertise! I'm know I'm in good hands with H.O.Penn (No Bull!!). I "Highly" recommend H.O.Penn. You get what you pay for and with a expensive investment why would "Anyone" cut corners to do something Cheaper?? Cutting corners only costs you more in the long run to repair the damage done by un qualified service personnel!

Outstanding service & Support! The Crew at H.O.Penn helped me with a "New / Used" purchase of a 52' Sunseeker Yacht. H.O.Penn saved me m a lot of hidden head ache's lurking in the engine room! H.O.Penn sent their Best Marine Tech out to survey the engines prior to sale. Engines were sounding and running Great! The Tech determined though their survey process that one engine was sour (Needed an overhaul) and advised the 2nd engine was due for a major maintenance. Liking the vessel and H.O.Penn's support we negotiated a fair sale price with the previous owner & took possession of the vessel Sept 2020. H.O.Penn came in after the sale & performed a Major in hull overhaul on one engine and Major maintenance on the 2nd engine then winterized the engines. This Spring (2021) they returned when the weather improved and finished their work. We did Sea Trials last week & the engines did Great! In addition the Tech wen t above & beyond to educate me on the engines, when to have service in the future etc. I can't say enough about the whole H.O.Penn team from the Service manager, Others I spoke with and of course the Tech who concurred what I consider an extremely complicated job (over haul in the vessel!) . I could have used a "Non" Cat diesel service but being a Tech myself (Many years ago) I appreciate and value Factory service & support. Yes Cat get's a "Good" rate for what they do! As the old saying goes you get what you pay for! I found Good value working with H.O.Penn. I Highly Recommend their services! Thank you to the Team at H.O.Penn. I'm sure we'll be using your service in the future to keep my Cat's running at the optimum performance levels and carry on a long life!
