The owner is super nice and arranged for quick service per my request. The crew consisted of two guys one young and one older. The younger crewman went into the hard sale immediately to try and secure future work insisting we needed to clear our leach fields and possible have them replaced depending on what they found. As my spouse had been through medical procedure the day before and was very worn out he was not in the mood for the hard sale. We allowed the quote and it was not bad and they pumped our tank the tank quickly and made sure a much needed maintenance was completed quickly.

Chatta-Rooter responded right away on a Saturday and had John out within a couple hours. He was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me through this overwhelming situation. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of people. Highly recommend!

Peace of mind is PRICELESS! Chattanooga Rooter was so kind to send 2 men out just to check my septic tank. I was afraid I'd done something wrong when I unplugged the pump recently to tie up loose wires, and the red dome light on top of my electrical box didn't come back on. This is a brand new system on a new build home. These two wonderful men informed me the red light is NOT supposed to be on, unless to alert to a problem with the pump! They checked inside my ground unit and confirmed that it was working perfectly. WHEW!!! I'm newly here from CA, so I'm new to septic tanks! I cannot recommend this company more highly, as they responded promptly and courteously to my outreach, and totally put my mind at ease. You can bet they'll be the co. I call, if I have any future needs!

I'm really happy with the work done by Chatta-Rooter, and am thankful they were available to help me quickly. A tree grew over my sewer line, and the roots caused a major clog. The team identified the problem, removed the tree, installed a 2-way line & unclogged everything in one day. They were professional and took care to clean up after the job. Highly recommend!

Had a septic backup while visiting family in Chattanooga...probably the worst time for this to happen! John showed up fast, was super fair on pricing, and got it all sorted out. Gave us some great advice too to prevent it from happening again. Would definitely recommend

Jon Bartlett came to help with our grinder pump issue. He worked neatly, explained each step, and got the system running better than it ever had before. Very pleased with his service.

I started having septic problems after I neglected the septic system for over 30 years. I learned a lot from this experience. I called Chatta Rooter Plumbing and Mr. Bartlett came to my home and explained in detail what I was probably facing. He was "nail on the head" accurate with his diagnoses. He explained the cost for different scenarios depending on the condition of the system. Again, he told me up front what to expect. He and his crew did an outstanding job finding the tank , pumping, installing risers, and replacing the stopped up field lines. All of the work that was done was necessary to properly repair my septic system. Mr. Bartlett told me what he would do and he did what he said he would do. I could not be happier with the end result.
