Oregon Generators

We bought this Generac backup generator. We wanted a true whole-home backup capacity. Our daughter with disabilities and her staff are in a home which we need to keep fully operational in any emergency power failure. Oregon Generators was our contractor. Their Sales Rep, Michael Kyle, was easy to work with and very thorough in mapping out the best plan. He was extremely prompt and helpful in all follow up correspondence. And we had a great installation crew. They arrived on time and worked closely with us and our Natural Gas provider and neighbors. The team of Mitch Bray, Jonny, Kelby and Riley are highly professional, great communicators and transparent in communication. And thoughtful working around the special needs of our daughter. Behind the scenes and really mapping and coordinating the complex partnerships with our power provider, the electricians and city permitting process, with us as somethings anxious client, was Holly B. For all this great work, the process was smooth and easy. Cant recommend more highly the equipment, sales process, installation and coordination from Oregon Generators.

We lost power for 10 days during the 2024 ice storm, which led to serious pipe burst / water damage. Going into the following winter we wanted to make sure that there was no chance the same thing could happen so we purchased a Generac generator through a Costco program; Oregon Generators was the responsible contractor. Since the install we have lost power and had to rely on the generator several times; since I work from home having the generator has been a life saver for my small business.

A well run business with an awesome team. Michael was super helpful at our initial consult helping us to pinpoint our exact needs. Holly scheduled and thoroughly answered all installation questions/order of preparation tasks. Riley and Kelby (the gas install team) and the electric installers, Mitch & Johnny were top notch. They installed conduit and the ATS so it seamlessly blended to our house siding. They finished their work with a detailed explanation and demonstration of the operating unit. Outstanding work. Michael has been amazing. We're still thinking about whether or not to buy but Michael is always welcome to call or email to check in, and I never say that about a salesperson. He's so down-to-earth and easy to chat with. Definitely swaying us towards buying just based on his attitude.
