keep on checking around this company and there Google rating are legit. James the electrician did a great job and provided great service. the rest of them need to take a lesson in North Idaho commeradiry. Wouldn't recommend them for nothing.

Everything went very well. They seemed helpful and nice but I then the most simple request was ignored after I paid for my unit. FYI it didn’t run at all , they did get it to run but now I can’t get ANY response. I can’t be sure but I think the niceness might be fake.

I have not had a better customer service experience from any business ever. The service manager Hayden was one the most pleasant people I have had the liberty of speaking with. Hayden wasn't the only great one. Everyone I spoke with were extremely friendly and were patient when it was clear I had no idea what I was talking about. I rented a generator for a month and they rewired cords, installed various parts, participated in a video tutorial for the on sequence and had us up and running quick. Incredible service. If this isn't your first stop for your generator needs, you are BLOWING IT

I bought a used generator online. It would turn over but wouldn't start. I thought I had thrown the money away. I found NG and was very glad I did. Not only did they find the problem and fix it, they did so under the estimate in 1 day.
