We had a Generac generator previously installed, but were in need of maintenance so we reached out to Generator Supercenter of Lake Country. Their team provided great customer service from the start and provided clear communications and expectations. Our generator is now ready to run again and I'm excited to be part of their monitoring program so it's one less thing we need to worry about moving forward!

I couldn't be happier with the service, the clear communication and their initiative with getting permits. The installation team came on a rainy day, and no fault of theirs, we had a lot of mud. They put 100% effort in to leave the ground as it was prior. I was very pleased. We also did a practice run and learned about the app before they left. I am thrilled to know Generator Supercenter has our backs with 24/7 monitoring. Kelly, the main office gal, is fantastic to to work with. Thank you all.

In searching for a place to service our generator, this company with all 5* reviews did not disappoint! Although they don't specialize in the brand I have, they were happy to come service my unit and be sure they were prepared to do so. As part of the normal maintenance, we needed a new battery. The technician came to my door after he was done and said that they did not have the correct battery for my unit but put a substitute in in the event we lost power and would be back when they received the one we needed. What?!?! This was huge for me as I felt like they could have left the substitute and I would not have known any different. Honesty and integrity mean so much! I highly recommend for your generator needs.
