Quality Mower & Saw Equipment - Durham Polaris

Been coming to Duhram Polaris for a few years now, everybody there is very helpful. Kendall always sees me immediately, gets me taken care of, and sells me what I need. Kendall is a true American who loves what he does !!

Excellent customer service. Just here and service manager took care of my weed eater without me having to drop it off. He got off the phone to immediately help me when i walked in, nobody does that anymore! All employees have extreme knowledge of all items in store and are happy to answer questions. Store's selection is fantastic, neat, clean and well organized. Employee's seem to enjoy working here. I pass by other Stihl dealers to trade here and will continue to.

I love that I live so close to this place. I enjoy doing all mine own yard work and I love to tinker around with all my equipment. But when I need a part, a rental, or something new, this is my go to. The staff is always helpful and always have a solution to my problems.
