Very knowledgeable parts department here. Came in with a failed part (not off a CAT machine)to see if they could help us. The parts man took one look at it, walked to the back and a few minutes later came back with one that would work but with a better design! Had our machine back up and running to continue work. This place truly shows that they care about the little guys. 6+ stars

I want to express my sincere gratitude to one of your employees, Griffen. After finishing his shift, he noticed we had a flat tire in your parking lot. Even though it was his weekend and he was off the clock, he stopped and helped us change and replace the tire. He didn’t have to do that, but his kindness and willingness to help speak volumes about the type of people you have working for you. Thank you, Griffen! This store embodies what it means to deal with Cat products and service, the hardest working and most reliable thing you can get anywhere. You will have the best customer care from the front desk, parts, field service, sales/finance and in shop work. These employees are top notch at what they do.

All your construction needs under one building they have parts for caterpillar and even some other pieces of equipment good service good people. Their sales people are also very knowledgeable at their parts and service desk.
