I wish to acknowledge the fine work that your technician, I believe his name was Chang. The problem with my generator wasn’t a component failure, which is easy to diagnose and replace, it was a lack of continuity in a wire, wish takes methodical testing and some "old School knowledge " to find. As a retired business owner ( Tramontin Harley Davidson inc. ) it was always appreciated when customer appreciated a job well done. My complements to Mr. Chang. Bob Tramontin

Fantastic company. I first used them back in the 80's as a 3rd Northern Lights dealer due to being let down by the 1st two, and have never looked back. From simple jobs on little 50kw to major rebuilds on 240 kw. Great guys and very efficient.

Want to shout out to Mikie, Atlantic Marine Systems! Been working on my twin 120 engines for a couple of years and has been excellent, timely, efficient, and very knowledgeable with all aspects of the boat, both mechanical and wiring. Extremely happy with Atlantic Marine!!!

Atlantic Marine has one of the best service and administrative teams in the industry. From electrical to mechanical systems they are true professionals. I would highly recommend them for any maritime system questions and service.

I have a Northernlights Lugger that was shutting down - Mike was able to identify the issue quickly and walk me through what the problem was so I could prevent it in the future. I also found their Parts Department to have parts on hand that other larger places had to special order. Very helpful in gettin g me back on the water fast. The team there are very knowledgeable and thorough.

I don't typically write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. Main reason is if I can help just one fellow boater not to go through the grief I went through. This company exemplifies the definition of "milking the clock". It started with a simple service call. Now given we all know that unexpected issues always pop up in boat repairs, but 2 belt replacements, 2 hoses swap, oil change, fuel filter change, starter change, and an oil bracket fix in a generator, shouldn't take 30 man hours to achieve! In addition, the first tech that visited vessel caused damage to seacock/thru hall fitting (which he denied). Had to go haul out boat to fix that before they finished the job. End result, they did finish job, and after a lot of back and forth we settled on final bill, not to my satisfaction, but just to move on with my life. I've dealt with many companies servicing the vessel, some good, some bad, but this one takes the cake. My advice, buyer beware! If you decide to use them, get everything in writing, and most important , be there while they are working on your generator so you can record all working hours.

They tried to charge me $900 plus for a regular service to an Onan generator, including trying to collect for a part I provided and charging for a job not done. Stay away.
