Joe and his crew showed up promptly (even a little early!) and they got right to business. We had numerous jobs involving some intricate lighting installations on some very high ceilings, along with several outdoor fixture installations as well (including some troubleshooting), and were nothing short of extremely satisfied with their work. You can tell when you’re dealing with a professional crew, and Problem Solved Electric was the picture of professionalism. They came prepared for any contingency, used their time efficiently, did flawless work, and were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for honest, professional electrical work!

I called Problem Solved to inquire about installing an EV outlet in our garage. The owner, Joe, came out the very next day, provided multiple bid options, and completed the installation that same day. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained the technical details so I fully understood the process and reasoning behind it. He even replaced the panel screws—not because they were broken, but because they weren’t OEM. That’s the mark of a true perfectionist. Joe is a respectful, knowledgeable professional, and I highly recommend this company.

Let me start with how easy it was to work with the owner (Joe) . He explained everything very clearly. I had a bathroom exhaust fan replaced and some outlets and light switches also. Joe and his team were right on time and were done very quickly. They were great about cleaning everything down to the smallest detail and everyone was very polite. This was a great experience. Problem Solved Ele will be my go to business for all my electrical needs. Joe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable with Joe right away.

Joe was fantastic. He had to replace a light switch in my manufactured home that had no stud to attach a box to and very little space to work with. He found a solution that worked great. Joe is now my electrical go - to guy and I'll recommend him to anybody.

RD came out to our electrical emergency as soon as he got off the phone with me late one evening. Upon arrival he was courteous and great with my kids that asked him way too many questions haha. He diagnosed our issue within minutes. I will recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done.

Joe with Problem solved Electric is one of the best in Coeur d’Alene area. He has been out to our place for barns, sheds and running power up to other structures. We haven’t handed him the easiest jobs either, but his knowledge and expertise is unparalleled and he completes his jobs with perfection. I would call him back for all my electrical needs. Amazing job! Came out on short notice and took the time to explain things, friendly, and didn't judge at our attempt at fixing our issues. Saved the day 100% recommend!! We will definitely be using them again if we need an electrician. Also great prices!
