Highly recommend Power Systems for purchasing and installing my 20Kw Kohler Backup generator. I was impressed with everyone who was involved starting with Joe who gives you the estimate. Marc the owner takes a personal interest in every step of purchase, delivery , installation and powering on. The electricians and plumbers were top notch. Inspections by the city is required. A power outage simulation was done by the generator start up technician. He turned off the power to the house and 10 seconds later the generator kicked in and the lights came back on. Beautiful. Kohler Makes the generators in several colors to match whatever you want to match - even your dog if you wish. I would recommend the off white as they are in abundance.

Our broadcasting company has contracted them to assist with generators across the state at remote sites and we have been really pleased with their efforts. They are thorough, communicate well and have established great maintenance plans for our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for gen service large or small.

We had an EXCELLENT Experience from the start to finish - from receiving the quote all the way to install completion w/ PowerSystems Plus to get our brand new Generac 18KW generator installed. Loved Marc's transparency in providing itemized line items for the quote vs others who only quoted one price. Both Marc & Joe arrived at the site on-time & exlained detailed stages of the work to be performed. They also followed up with prompt responses to my queries. On the day of install, Marc was present on-site along with his technicians to see the install through which was greatly appreciated. We had to use a boom lift to install new generator and the technicians took great care in securing and ensuring the new generator was placed without a scratch. From that point on, the gas connection and electrical work was a breeze due to the great expertise of the team. We were very happy with PowerSystems Plus and would recommend them anytime for transparent, reliable and professional install. Thank you Marc and team!

We've used this company many times in the past to perform an annual maintenance on our home generator. The prior service manager was courteous, professional, and responsive. Unfortunately, he is no longer there. Over the past month, I left 2 detailed messages to schedule a service but did not receive a return call. I finally spoke with a service manager last week and scheduled an annual maintenance appointment for today. However, the technician never showed up for the appointment. I left 2 detailed messages several hours ago regarding our appointment and still have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend this company at all given the level of incompetence we've experienced. They do not seem to care about providing basic customer service.

I had Power Systems Plus install a whole house generator. They took care of the permits and all sub-contractors. They communicated proactively and responded to all of my questions. I would recommend using them for all your power needs.

I understand the generator was on back order but ignoring customers is a bad way to do business. Little effort is required to pick up a phone or respond to an email. We finally got the generator and they came out and dug a trench for the wiring. On the wrong side of the generator. This made it harder to run the propane line and made the electricians run the conduit along the garage. After electrical was in my wife stopped them from filling in the trench because the electrical inspection wasn't complete. Yesterday they came up and finished filling in the trench. Nobody talked to my wife or instructed her on it's use. I did find a stack of owner's manuals sitting on the garbage can in the driveway though. I'll hire a professional to come over and go over the generators operation and maintenance. I'd hire a company from out of state before I'd let this joke of a company back on my property.
