If you're in the mood to burn 3 hours of your precious life and fifty of your hard earned dollars in gas just to leave without the very important materials you bought then this place is right up your alley. Places like this is why god created the man that created Amazon. Never again,zero stars. Oh yeah...they had it but couldn't be bothered to take it off a shelf in the back until next morning like it was a Cabbage Patch Kid in the winter of 1986. ZERO STARS

This was my first time visiting your store to purchase equipment and a compactor, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There were three employees present—one of them appeared to be the manager—and none of them showed respect or professionalism when speaking with me. They did not respond in an appropriate manner, refused to negotiate on items that were not even in stock, and overall gave the impression that they had little regard for customer service. In my opinion, this reflects very poorly on the store’s management. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I will advise others to avoid it as well. I strongly recommend that the company review the behavior of the staff and management team at this store, as it does not reflect the level of service customers should expect.

The associates were all friendly and helpful. You can tell how well a store is managed by the way you are greeted as you enter the store and approached as you shop. Courtney was friendly and helpful which is a trait to be highly valued in this day and age. NT is lucky to have her working for them. Thanks.

Came in bought an acetylene tank. Went to use it a few weeks later. Empty they wouldn’t do a thing about it.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Northern Tool + Equipment while trying to process a warranty claim for my Husqvarna string trimmer. I contacted Husqvarna customer service directly, and they told me I needed to take the product to this authorized service location to get it repaired under warranty. However, when I arrived, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to help unless I paid $60 or more — even though the issue is clearly covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This is unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on Husqvarna as a brand, because this location is representing them and providing a terrible customer experience. It’s very upsetting to be told one thing by Husqvarna and then be treated this way in person. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Poor service, lack of respect, and zero responsibility. Husqvarna should seriously reconsider who represents their name.

Very helpful and polite! The store manager himself, pulled my order and made sure I got the right pieces for the setup I wanted.
