Exceptional Service from Rafael and Yair! I recently had a tankless water heater and water softener installed by Ideal Plumbing Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rafael and Yair were professional, friendly, and highly skilled from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the area spotless, and took the time to explain every detail of the new setup. The installation looks clean and precise, and everything is working perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines expert craftsmanship with genuine courtesy, but these two nailed it. Had an emergency with my water heater leaking in the garage and called Ideal Services. It was super easy to book an appointment with them, and they gave me a great price. They sent out Freddy the plumber — he did an awesome job installing the new one. Now I’ve got hot water again! Everything went super smooth with this company. Highly recommend them!

Ideal Services plumbing technician changed the filter cartridge on my water filtration system. He installed it upside down leaving me with no water shortly after he left and carelessly tossed the excess water containing chemicals on my asphalt driveway. This left a stain. Despite calling the office to have the plumber return, no one called me back. I called in a competent plumber who found the cartridge had been installed incorrectly. This was the most simple of simple jobs. Although the company refunded the charge to my credit card, they have not addressed the damage to the driveway and are ghosting me. Before you hire them, check the NV Contractor’s Board website for their licensing status. Wish I had done that. Should be a zero star post.

Josh and Kyle did a great job. They are professionals and pay attention to the details. My air conditioning unit is now working properly. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful company and experience working with them. We had a major fix that needed to get done with our sewer line, and the job got done efficiently. Highly recommend! Dan and his team were great!!

A horrible experience had to reroute my hot water over the ceiling. Tech wanted to take short cuts and cut stucco on outside of house. Said he would have to destroy cabinets and Mirrors when none of that was possible. And advisor failure to communicate all this Was nightmare. Said inspector would approve pictures and Not true. No notice of scheduled inspection The whole process has been a nightmare For the price expected much different work Tech damaged electrical box and refused to admit any wrong doing possible fire hazzard.

Kyle was amazing! He came out right away and diagnosed my problem immediately. He talked me through the process and let me know what the next steps were. I highly recommend him and Ideal Services.
