I was in a bit of a jam as a contractor. I looked everywhere in my state (CO) for the part I needed, and no one had it. I took a chance and called Edmondson Supply. I couldn't be happier that I did. I’m not an HVAC professional by any means. But because I am generally handy, I wanted to see if I could fix my 14-year-old Carrier Infinity 3-1/2-ton air conditioner that kept shutting off. The message on the thermostat said System Failure – Call Technician". All I could think of was it was going to be very expensive. It turned out to be a partially clogged condensate line AND a bad float switch. It took me a couple days of fiddling around to figure it all out, resetting the system at the breakers, flushing out the condensate line, and still getting the error message. I had to clean out the whole long condensate line. I installed an in-line valve with a hose attachment to blow the line out. It fixed most of the clog, or so I initially thought. I was later able to get a brush to clean out the line above the valve I installed and that’s when I noticed the float switch was suspect. There was a primary and a secondary float switch on my system, and the primary was very old, and it didn’t work very well. I decided to replace it with a new one, and I saw on the Edmondson site that there was one that had an LED light that came on if the condensate backed up and caused the switch to trip which is what caused the shut-down and error message. I decided it would be great to immediately determine if the problem was a condensate backup in the future, so I bought it. It shipped the next day, and I received it the day after with standard shipping. The The DiversiTech Asurity CS-1 is inline, and it can be installed in a horizontal or a vertical orientation, as mine was. I called Edmondson and an employee named Scott helped me figure out the correct wiring. I was able to take the switch core and install it in my existing vertical line. It worked like a champ. It’s easy to trigger and test. Saved a lot of money now I have the peace of mind that if it triggers, I will know exactly what the problem is. Thank you, Edmondson Supply!

Bought a board from their Ebay store, the board lasted less than 2 months, when reached out to the manufacturer, they said they do not honor the warranty on this board because they are not authorized to sell their product. Reached out to the store and well, NO RESPONSE!
