Repair made to our condensation line which was leaking into our crawl space. Thank you for making the repair! We appreciate everything done today by Scott! He was very professional, courteous and knew exactly what was needed!

I’m so amazed and happy with the service that I received today. Thank you!! I thought the job was impossible being that the AC unit was 20 years old plus me asking for additional work to move everything to the side of the house. It’s scorching outside and they didn’t stop working until it was finished. They were even so kind to have a precut board for my floor. I couldn’t ask for better service! Very hard working. Thank you!!!

After getting a new system. Airflow upstairs was poor, and the crawlspace was blowing air. Scott did a thorough inspection to find that our dampers were not working correctly. I appreciated the time he took to diagnosis, fix issues he could right away, and create a plan to follow through on others he could not fix right away. I'll have them replace the dampers and give an update later.

The job ended up taking two days. We ended up paying almost double for 3 chandeliers. The first one was done on day 1 took him a couple hours and looks great. The other two he did on the second day and it looks like they were thrown together with no pattern to the crystals. The second day it was a 8- noon appointment which he arrived at 2 for. I am also not a fan of paying for a job before it’s finished for this exact reason.

These guys were extremely nice and made what was a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. My wife and I both enjoyed having these guys at our house, they were very personable hard working and knowledgeable about their trade. We are very happy with our experience so far. We would certainly recommend. Mike love and Waylon New , these are certainly the guys you want to have in your home, they listened to our concerns, and we’re very respectful of our home , it was hands down a pleasant experience and a pleasure meeting these two. Jeffrey Pate from Bassett Services did an amazing job! He came out quickly, checked the major water issue we had. He made recommendations, told me the order it would be done and gave me a date that he could come back to fix it. That day came, he was on time, totally professional and did the work quickly and well. I couldn’t ask for someone to do a batter job and be more patient with all of our questions we asked. Excellent job!

I wanted to express my concern regarding the recent maintenance visit by your technician, Jackson. He was at my home for approximately 15 minutes, which seems far too brief for a complete routine maintenance check on my AC system. Based on the detailed services normally provided during these visits, I find it hard to believe that a thorough inspection and maintenance were performed in that time frame. Additionally, I did not receive any documentation outlining the work completed — something I have consistently been provided with in the past. The only action I observed was the replacement of my air filter, which had been changed just two weeks prior and did not require replacement. I felt the need to escalate this concern to the main office and am now waiting to hear back from a manager. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of service I’m receiving, especially since the company changed ownership. I value reliable service and transparency, and I’m disappointed by the apparent decline in both. Unless this issue is addressed appropriately, I will have to reconsider continuing my maintenance agreement and may seek services from another provider.
