OCTOBER 8, 2025 date of posting. Overall Best Buy is not the greatest but this particular location has poor management and rogue employees who can be quite sanctimonious. I had a horrible experience with a Peon Store "Associate" named VAUGHN (I know right). I arrived at the store to return a washed out, overpriced IPAD Air that I bought recently. If you have ever done business with Best Buy, you are fully aware of their abhorred return policy and have one if not the worst return policy in the retail landscape. The 15 days return policy is a complete joke and consumers were to think they are doing business with a third rate kiosk in a mall than a billion dollar in sales company that has a Capitalization of $16 billion dollars. Anyhow I went to cashier Vaughn to return the IPAD and he immediately went into asking me about my bike and where I was parked. Riding a bike in my leisure has absolutely nothing to do with why I was there as I don't know this guy from a hole in the wall. So we go through the whole return spiel (you know checking the serial number, punching codes in the computer etc...). You would think I was returning gold bars rather than returning a made in China overpriced Apple Product. So he scans the code and starts typing. I can tell he had an "attitude" from the start because I wisely chose not to answer his bike questions. I thought the return was complete so I can go on my merry way only for the incompetent employee to ask for the bar code once again. He scans the bar code for a second time, looks befuddled then starts reaching for my phone for information without my permission. I pulled my phone back and asked him, "What information do you need?" and then that is when Vaughn went into full defense mode. He started spewing some nonsense about the return IPAD was outside the return policy and the only thing he could offer was a store credit minus $50. I scoffed at his ignorant suggestion and immediately demanded a Manager because despite what the Peon said I have validation from Best Buy on my phone that I am fully inside the return period for a full refund. James the "Manager" for the night started to regurgitate what Vaughn said and that is when I politely said to him I have an email that states I have until October 11, 2025 to return the IPAD. He proceeds to ask me when I picked up the IPAD from Best Buy (I purchased it online for store pick up) and told him I have no idea and for him to look it up. Of course he asked me the date because he was likely too lazy to look it up and besides I don't remember the day I picked it up and nor should I have to for a silly return. He looked up the date and saw that I picked it up (Started counted with his fingers like a third grader) sometime at the end of September thus making me eligible for a full return. This had Vaughn fuming because James had to override the system so he could issue me a full return. So here is the lesson to remember about Best Buy if you decide to buy online and pickup at the store. THE 15 DAY RETURN POLICY STARTS THE DAY YOU PICK UP THE ITEM NOT THE PURCHASE DATE. Based on my limited interaction with Vaughn, I suggest you question anything he says and ask for a store manager If he flat out denies you a full refund. Don't be a victim of Best Buy's greed and the $16 hour employees that uphold their unethical return policies so the Shareholders and the CEO can make an extra buck.

From start to finish, the service at Best Buy was very exceptional. Dylan kept me informed throughout the process, and his communication was clear and transparent. Dylan was knowledgeable and fixed my issue quickly, explaining all the details of the alarm system and which components to purchase for the best deal. I'm so grateful for Dylan’s professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. He met all of my needs and also made sure that I was satisfied with the purchases all the way to the installation process. The installers also did a good job. Definitely my go-to for all my future needs! I will be purchasing all of my car alarms from Best Buy and get them installed here. Thanks a lot Dylan !!!!

Have never liked Best Buy and how they do business. Decided 25+ years ago that I would never do business with them unless I basically had no other choice at the moment. One of those moments came yesterday when looking for a window unit of the size (strength) I needed. I still hate Best Buy but I give Avery @ the West Little Rock store a big 5 star rating! He was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Avery!

The last few times I have been here have been underwhelming. I usually check online to see if they have what I want in stock. I was looking for speakers and they said there were three in store, but when I got there they said they didn’t have any. Then I went to buy a chair mat, which they said they had six in store. When I got there the guy said that they don’t keep them in stock and I had to order them. As far as staff. When I went in to buy the speakers I had to walk around the entire store twice before I found anyone to help me, then when I did it was pretty evident they didn’t want to be there. The next time I went in was similar. Just a couple teens that were very unenthusiastic and just wanted to talk to each other. When I started asking them questions they were confused. It was like they didn’t even realize they worked there. No one was rude, just not very friendly or helpful. I bought a TV there last month and the guy helping me was great, so I guess it’s hit and miss.

I had a truly great experience at Best Buy thanks to James, the manager. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout my visit. James went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left with exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone so professional yet kind. Best Buy is lucky to have him! Thank you, James, for making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Not what it once was in its prime. Staff are pretty much just that, staff. They don't know a lot of the products they are selling and a lot of times we had been there they are just sitting on the floor "hanging" out. No real service desk anymore either. Just a few people who don't want to help you unless you are purchasing service through them and any returns are just at the 1 open register. Prices are pretty steep too but there is also a few clearance and open box deals that are pretty good.
