I had an excellent experience with D2. They allowed me to schedule via email, coordinated the appointment and paperwork effortlessly and charged a fair price. The technician who came out was thorough and answered any questions I had in a very pleasant manner. Gotta give them 5 stars for 5 star service!

We have been using D Square for service and maintenance on an existing generator. As it is an older generator, we have had a few issues here and there. D Square has been amazing at coming out right away and not resting until the problem is solved. Customer service is easy to reach via phone or email. The technicians are skilled, friendly and during an issue during a power outage went above and beyond for us.

I have installed and used two Generac residential generators over the past eighteen years. Both the original and the replacement were installed and serviced by D Square. Both have performed extremely well. D Square has responded to both maintenance requests and a service request - in fact on a service request they expedited due to snowy, cold weather conditions with power outages. My personal experiences over the long term have been entirely positive.

Paid them $2600 for repairing a generator transfer switch that wasn't switching just last year. First time we have snow this season and the switch still doesn't switch. Called them, and their answer: 1) Generac's fault 2) your fault because you didnt do service (even though the device was installed less than 12 months ago) 3) 'we can come in 4 days'. Called another company and they come within two hours. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere..

I own an electrical company and had purchased a 22kw generator and two 200 amp transfer switches through d square with the bill totaling around $15k. I recently have had issues with the customers transfer switches and have tried calling these guys 15 times to no avail. Extremely poor transparency and most likely the truth to this is if you are not a government contractor or huge buyer to them you dont mean anything. These guys started out in a garage and it seems they have forgotten there humble beginnings.

Mike from D Square Energy literally saved our road trip. We are less than 24 hours from driving across the country in our RV for a move and we discovered much to our dismay this afternoon that our generator was not working properly. With fear of not being able to use our air conditioner and other appliances on the road trip, we walked over to the RV repair shop behind our park and they said it was over a week's wait for service. A customer in line recommended that we call D Square and see if they could help us out. Mike was scheduled to visit us between 2 and 4 PM and he arrived promptly during that window of time. To say that Mike went over and above our expectations is an understatement. Thank you Mike! Our family appreciates your service, support, and kind spirit!

After having generator issue's and after years of failure, D Square had the repair fix for me. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable of older equipment. I would use this company again.
