He has been here twice so far & Ian IS a professional! He is very polite, educated & quick to work! I would highly recommend ! No mess! No stress! I needed my children’s toilet unclogged and ready to go and he identified the problem and fixed it fast, but diligent! I wouldn’t call anyone else! Price and service is everything here! I don’t have any new photos, but here is my second review added to my first! God Bless! By the way, they offer a lot of services that I did not put on here. Call to check! It will all be worth it!

I have to say E. Dennis has 4 star customer service representatives and I don’t want this to fall back on them, they were very sympathetic and helpful, however… I am very disappointed in E. Dennis as a whole. The first time I called them out for the $80 tech fee for diagnosing an issue, the technician said he "got in a work flow and just went ahead and did it" and promptly handed me an iPad saying I owed them nearly $400. I paid it, because what else was I supposed to do? then called my husband, who was not home at the time, and he was *very* upset and said if I didn’t call the company he would, so I called, in tears, and they said someone would call me back soon. I’m actually glad they didn’t call me back for several hours(I called at 12 and I didn’t actually talk to a manager until almost 6, I had to call a total of 3 times) because I had long enough to find out the problem was *not* fixed. Once I did get on the phone with someone, they were apologetic, sweet, and said this isn’t how they did business, so they refunded $300 of the money, and said they would send a different tech out the next week to reassess, for free. Color me surprised when I get the text saying that the same exact technician was coming out. I called my husband, and he came home from work to just be in the house, because I got this man in trouble, I don’t know him, and unfortunately we live in a world where that was enough to freak me out. What’s worse though, he "diagnosed" the problem, but phrased it in a way that made it seem like he didn’t know what the problem was, but that that was the start to figuring it out. Which… sure. Okay. But then he got the quotes out… $1200, $850, $400. The $400 option? Just using a fancy shop vac (something me and my husband did before he arrived the first time) to clean the water out of the drip pan and replacing the float sensor (something that takes 10 minutes and cost $50) I took their "diagnosis", some pictures of the unit, and asked around my community for who they use for HVAC, bc this didn’t seem right. I was honestly about to try and fix it myself, but rather quickly, I had the kindest man on the phone explaining exactly what he saw in the pictures, telling me that I was over quoted by nearly $400(for the $850 one specifically because he said we didn’t need the extras in the $1200), plus that the part they recommended? Was undersized for my unit. So it wasn’t going to fix it anyway. I keep getting texts from them as well asking if I want a payment plan or to discuss options, and no, I don’t want to have anything to do with this company ever again. I feel like they’re robbing people with their prices in a time when everyone is struggling. Again, the woman who helped me and refunded me the charge from the work I didn’t even get a chance to authorize, thank you, but everything else? Sad. And this is a non-issue, now, but was salt in the wound, the tech left all his water bottles and trash in the attic when he left. The picture attached is one taken after he left the second time and my husband climbed up there to get a picture.

I’ve been waiting over 5 months for this company to complete a project they started in my home in May 2025. It is still unfinished today 10/21/2025. Leaving me with a large hole in my wall. They put in a new larger electrical panel and my breaker still trips, I was assured that would not be an issue. They have come back twice to charge me for services that were supposed to be including. One being an HVAC cleaning that was allegedly included in the $6,000 worth or work I purchased. After the cleaning was done I was charged a fee. A second individual came drained the antifreeze out of my HVAC system and quoted me over 10k to fix it. I got a second opinion, once the antifreeze that was previously drained was replaced my HVAC system was working fine. I expected timeliness and efficiency from this company and have been very disappointed so far. I will not use this company again

Great experience with Guillermo, and grateful for 10/10 service as always! He sorted all of our needs and addressed areas we didn’t even know were damaged. As parents of young children we feel safer and more comfortable now we have the problem solved Update 7/28: we were told by our tech that there was a leak in our basement that needed to be tackled before "more black mold" grew at the back of the kitchen sink cabinet. A restoration company, which I believe is linked to E Dennis is who they sent out, and our experience was that quite different from the previous ones. This restoration company (again, I believe is directly affiliated) sent out two individuals to "assist in preventing the leak from further damage.." without notifying us or giving us a heads up that it would mean ripping up our kitchen floor all around the main access points to things we need to use on a daily basis, & tearing out our cabinets, drawers, and dishwasher (it’s been almost a week). Even yesterday when they came to remove the equipment they had been using to fan/dry out the areas that were damp, they gave us no indication as to when we can expect to have our kitchen restored to how it was (remember, this is a "restoration" company), and that they were just there to pick up the equipment. No follow up regarding the replacement of our kitchen. Just a sink full of hand washed dishes waiting to be put though the machine and a ripped up floor with no drawers or cabinets to access what we need. If I had known this about the affiliate company, I probably would have veered towards one that was independent and not just another sales driven company with little care. Shoe covers weren’t worn maybe 50% of the time (although we specifically requested for this due to our crawling baby) and the follow up notes definitely overstated the work they did. I will post this review on the restoration page too. P.S. there was NEVER any black mold

Recently, E. Dennis Plumbing came out to my house to fix some bathroom sinks and replace a kitchen sink. They sent Owen to my home to help us out and he was amazing. He was on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job with our projects. He fixed our bathroom sinks and replaced the kitchen sink and we are very pleased with the end result. We have used E. Dennis multiple times in the past and will continue to use them when needed in the future.

I had problems on a weekend, and they made it happen to visit and resolve my problem, but there was another unforeseen issue.
