Excellent service. Representative gave me all my options within my price range, and had excellent understanding of the units. I felt confident with his knowledge, and he was not pushy or aggressive about what I chose. I ended up choosing the larger generator because of the peace of mind it will give me. Definitely recommend!

The MGS installation team of John, Jarred, Jacob and Grant were awesome. The new Kohler generator works and looks great and the cleanup after the job was also great.

They were the 3rd company to come out with a price for a home standby generator. They were the only company that truly gave an itemized quote. The other two companies just listed the items and then gave one price. Not one of the other two gave a price for the generator, it was just part of the total cost. They were reasonable with their quote not as low as one, nor anywhere near the price of the highest quote. Jim was very informative and new his product. Because Midwest only installs generators, they did more of the job and I have less of the job to manage than with the other two companies. I still have to get it delivered and setup; but I feel better with Midwest because I know exactly where my money is going. How much is the generator, how much is the labor, etc. One company told me I couldn't get the generator at the price I said I had been looking at on the internet. I was looking at a site where I could buy the generator directly and put it in myself. The price I got in a quote for from Midwest. I ordered through Midwest because they had the most detailed quote and were able to give me the information to decide on whether or not I also needed another propane tank at my house. I will give another update after installation, right now I am very happy. Well, they installed the generator yesterday. They did a wonderful job. As you can see from the pictures, they did not leave a mess in the yard. You can barely see the trench where the gas line from the propane tank went to the generator. John, Jacob, and Grant arrived on time. They discussed the job, where things would go, answered my questions, and when we were comfortable with everything; the guys went to work. Once all was installed, they ran tests on the system and verified everything worked. I'm very pleased with the job the guys did. This gives me peace of mind.

I was quickly scheduled for a maintenance appointment and John was able to come earlier than expected which was good. He was very professional and great with our dogs. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing!! I hope he will be sent to us again next year, his parents did a great job raising him!!!

MGS sent a sales representative to our home to give us a quote on a new generator to replace an older model. The representative was highly knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us quotes for two different generators and instructions on how to check as to whether or not our gas meter could handle a larger generator than the one we currently have. Overall, it was a very informative experience.

Jim was a great no pressure sales person. The price was right where I expected it would be. This was an estimate for my father. We did not end up pursuing the installation. However, this was a great experience and great communication from start to finish. Well done.
