We had an outstanding experience with Wavelength Electrical Contracting! We discussed our needs with Pete and he recommended a Generac whole house generator as well as a surge protector. After securing our permit, Derik and Joel professionally installed the generator on time, on budget and left the area spotless. They also recommended a plumber to connect our natural gas hook-up. Henry walked us through the operation of the generator and set up the application on our phones. Wavelength performed our generator’s annual service today. Top marks for everyone. Pete was awesome in scheduling a date and time that worked for me. And Logan demonstrated all the skills (both technical and customer service) you want to see in a technician. Great price, great service - great company. First rate response, service, and follow up! When I couldn't get my regular company to come for an emergency service in less than 2 weeks, Wavelength made it happen in just 2 days.
