Christy went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to get our generator running again quickly. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting us up and running as fast as possible. The shipping was unbelievably fast, and our order arrived right on time. Unfortunately, my experience with General Power was very disappointing. Mr. Gabriel’s lack of empathy and poor communication made the entire process feel like a waste of time and resources. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because Jadira took the time to communicate and show empathy. Her professionalism was the only positive aspect of my interaction with General Power.

excellent company to deal with, the owner Mike have excellent knowledge on generators, they have a fast service response. i do recommend this company for all your generator needs.

We purchased a commercial generator for our home as well as a fuel transfer kit to tap into our diesel tank. Other than short delays most likely related to the pandemic, our experience was Very good. The gen power people were professional and courteous. Felipe ordonez was particularly helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.

Poor communication they were selling me some furniture and I told I will be there tomorrow and when I was in my way there with a U-Haul and two guys got the notification of sold so that really pisses me off

I visited the Doral location. The older male was super rude. The purpose of the visit was to purchase a part for a critical generator that cannot be left down. not only did the website show it was available and in stock, the guy tells me it’s marketing and they do that will all their parts. So I wasted my time going here and walking out with frustration.

Purchased a generator from them for a business and they were supposed to have sent a brand new generator with no issues, instead they send a broken one and now will not answer or return our calls.
