I called M & I after I bought a mini-split air conditioner thinking I could install it myself, but couldn't. Chris was extremely professional and nice throughout the experience. He was easy to collaborate with whilst deciding on where to place the unit. His service was efficient and surprisingly well priced compared to other quotes I received. Excellent work and great customer service! I'm very happy with my air conditioner.

Truly the best experience with Chris. We used M & I for our hardwired EV charger & not only did he meet our needs, but he went above and beyond when he didn't need to. His prices are also extremely reasonable! He was very communicative, informative and helpful when it came to helping us through the process. From start to finish Domenic, Chris and Ben were responsive, prompt and a pleasure to deal with in every way. The work they did took half the time and cost of the same work my landlord paid for at another property seven years ago.
