Brett is the bees knees! Very friendly, professional, clearly knows specialized and standard electrical skills and speaks in detail, and works quietly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I have previously fired 2 contractors, 1 electrician, turned away 2 other electricians, and 3 HVAC technicians. So when I met with Brett at my home, while walking him thru what was needed, he brought up some very important details I either overlooked or did not kniw about. Wonderful electrician. I am so impressed, I joined the Whipple membership and had Brett place the company placard in my front yard. You will be happy too. I asked him to install a power surge protector inside the electric power switch wall panel at the last minute, and he graciously obliged. I purchased an EMP device for electrical switch wall panels a year ago. Electricians I asked if they would install it…said no. Brett said no problem, so now I need to remember where I put the darn thing. .

We could not be more impressed with our technician, Todd Montague. He installed a subpanel in our garage for a Tesla charger, a 220 service, and an additional 110 service. He also installed a shut-off switch for our hot tub and completed the connection to the main electrical panel in the house. What truly stood out was Todd’s dedication to quality. He went above and beyond by removing sheetrock to fix an old hot tub wiring issue—something another company had left messy years ago—so that everything would look clean and professional. In the garage, he even recessed the new electrical boxes into the wall rather than just mounting them on the surface, showing real attention to detail. We can’t compliment his work enough. We’ll absolutely return to Todd for any and all of our future electrical needs—and if he ever moves to another company, we’d follow him there. It would be wonderful if every trade—plumbing, concrete, and beyond—showed the same level of care and craftsmanship. Thank you, Todd, for your exceptional work!

I had an incredible experience working with Todd Montague on my sauna setup. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain every detail of the installation process. Todd walked me through different options, helped me find the best solution for my space, and even provided a clear, fair quote right on the spot. My Furnace was old and in dire need of replacement. I called Whipple Service Champions and they came out for a replacement quote quickly. The technician, Eric, agreed that my system was bad and actually showed me pictures of several cracks in the furnace causing bad smells and dangerous fumes to leak into the house. He gave me a quote with several options and upon choosing my new system the install was set for the very next day (amazing!). Installation day brought Max Cruz and his coworker Aldo for the swap out. They both worked diligently to remove the old, install the new, and took time to answer questions and explain things as the day went on. Totally professional crew from the first phone call for a quote through the install. I still have some trim work to be accomplished at the attic entry. I expect that to be flawless as well. Overall this has been a great experience with truly caring and understanding professionals doing their jobs with courtesy and displaying their skill and knowledge of HVAC systems. I wish every encounter I have goes as smoothly as this one has. Thank you Whipple Service Champions! I’m extremely happy with my new system and the entire process of start to finish. One last thing, when I tried to access the QR code on Max’s business card to leave this review it said invalid or expired QR code try again. Brett did a fantastic job on my plumbing in my house. He had to work on three commodes replace one with a brand new one unclogging my drain lines to the house and all in a very short period of time. I would welcome Bret back into my home anytime and would highly recommend him for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Brett was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional in his work- highly recommend him. We had him for installing our range. He went above and beyond in helping us with this installation. I would rate him 5 star for his work and service. I’m giving 4 stars because, although the initial appointment window was between 8 a.m. and noon, he wasn’t able to arrive until around 2 p.m. due to a busy schedule. Secondly, the quotes are a bit pricier than other places. But overall, the service is good.

Kevin was SO great! He came same-day to fix our thermostat (which needed rewiring). While the service took longer than anticipated (I thought we only needed a thermostat replacement), I was surprised that the company didn't charge me more than my original quote (this has happened to us a number of times with other home service companies). Kevin was very friendly and professional, and didn't even balk at needing to wait while I ran out to buy another thermostat because the one we had was faulty. I while definitely be saving this number for future HVAC and Electrical issues!
