We visited here 2 times for electric motor testing for our machine shop. These people have got to be the nicest business people I have met in a long time. Super friendly, very fast service, 100% will bring my next electric motor repair here.

Good and fast pace electric motor repair shop. Took my 250HP motor there on a Monday to get it re-wound got it back by the end of the week and this was back in December of 2013 and has been working find ever since. workers at this shop are knowledgeable of failures and possible preventions. Needless to say they very well acquire the skills and knowledge to get the job done right and with that take pride of their accomplished work. Didn't rate it 5 stars for two reasons First of all I've taken a few 2 & 5 HP motors for recondition for the most part they do a good and fast job, but there's times that if i don't tell them to put high quality parts they wont(bearings, contacters, Governors etc.). As if they wanted me to save money. Little word of advice to the shop high quality insures the customers the possibility of longer life for the motors. Just charge the customer and we'd both be happy. Secondly, walking into the office the secretaries greet me as if I'm a friend, which is a plus because that builds customer relationship insuring them of more future work flow. But what I notice is that they could be more organized, desk full of sticky notes, papers, invoices, and snacks. I'm sure they can turn that around to be more professionally organized around the work environment.

The best, they stand behind their work! Our recent repair had challenges and where most companies would turn their back, they stood up and delivered. We’ve had them preform multiple repairs over the years, for two local businesses and our home pool pump motor.

They did a great job repairing my electric boat motor. I had a fault somewhere in my system and they helped me track it down, even cheerfully double checking the motor so I could eliminate it as a possible fault. High quality work, high quality people.

I took my tablesaw motor there almost 2 years ago. Within 3 hours, it was making a strange noise. They told me to bring it back. It weighs 80 lbs. The fix lasted 2 weeks. Got someone else to look. Not even 2 years later, my West Coast Electric Motor rebuild is dead. I wished I had bought a new one instead.

You need not look any further, you found the best motor repair shop in California. Good friendly service! They solved my problem and did not charge me? They are the best! Highest recommendation.

Had them diagnose a motor recently. They found the error, which they could not repair based on the motor design. They performed the diagnosis free of charge. Communication was easy and clear. Recommend!
