Higgins Electrical

I was referred to Higgins Electrical by my brother. Our older house wasn't code-compliant, but Higgins Electrical puts us back in compliance. The crew installed new lines in our home, replaced all of my outlets and switches, and replaced all of the fixtures. Fairly priced and punctual in all times! I'd heartily suggest them!

Higgins Electrical was really helpful and friendly during the appointment. They were clearly highly informed and skilled at what they did. They swiftly identified and corrected my wiring problems. They were able to explain what was going on as well as provide further ideas and information to assist me in the future with my own minor repairs. I would suggest them to anyone, and I am confident that I will use them again in the future. As far as pricing goes, Thank you for a job well done, folks!

Never showed up. But strangely called to say they were on their way ... ? After that, never heard from them again. They'll want your credit card number up front for their membership program. I would probably give a hard pass on that. I personally don't trust sketchy companies with my credit info, let alone an upfront charge, until I'm sure they're actually going to show up to the job. But hey! On the third call they finally did show up! It's a Christmas miracle! Too bad by that point I'd already called to cancel. Sent me an invoice anyways, glad to see your billing department is functional, gotta get that money for subpar service am I right? Cheers.

We were told they would be at our home between 8am and 11am. About 10am I called to confirm. Obviously at 1130, I called back, the receptionist said a manager would call me fight back. A half hour later, I called asking about the manager. After waiting, the receptionist advised they wouldn't be able to respond and offered to reschedule. I had a stove delivered about 1230pm. Delivery guys didn't install or take the old one because we needed an electrician. Higgins Electric set off a chain of events, that cost me a lot of aggregation, time, money, stress and marital bliss. Save yourselves the trouble, avoid Higgins at all costs!

Higgins Electrical were recommended to me from my brother. We have an older home and was not up to code and Higgins Electrical has us back in code The company updated all my switches, outlets, changed over fixtures and ran new lines in our house. Reasonable prices and was always on time!! Would recommend highly recommend them!

This company seems like a scam company, but hey wanted my card info before any service, they failed to show up to two appts. They want to sell you some kind of subscription to services that gives them access to your card info and it reads that they can charge you and you can not dispute charges. Would highly recommend a different company. Still have never seen a electrician. Called Reinhold electric they came out on short notice and repaired the panel, will use reinhold from here out.

My family has used Higgins electric and even bought a service plan. Called today for an electrical outage at 1:30 and they said they would be out between 2:30-5:30. I get a call at 4:40 they aren’t able to come out. I do not have heat and two very small children. Them not calling until 4:30pm on a Friday made it impossible to even use another service company. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.
