My experience with the Generator Supercenter of Peabody was excellent from start to finish. They dealt with our utility company and our local town to handle any and all energy upgrades and permitting related to this commercial project. Nick and John and the installers were very professional and seamless to our operation. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a Generac Generator from these guys. JJ came over and did a great job of explaining all our options, the process and the timeline. We were able to finish faster than expected. The installation team worked to make the trench as least invasive as possible. Dave and Tyler did a great job taking care of all our questions. Great group of guys through the entire process and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a generator.

Great experience! The entire staff are pros. Nick and Tyler (and the plumber whose name I can’t remember) are very knowledgeable, polite professionals. They show up exactly when scheduled and work extremely hard to get everything just right. Ashley in the office is great, too! Highly recommend!

Costco referred Generator Supercenter to replace my failing generator. They came quickly to measure and gave a competitive quote, and arranged installation even faster than I expected upon pulling the necessary permits. The work was done within a few days, delayed only by new code requirements. Tyler was superb on the day of inspection. He walked me through how to operate the new units patiently, and they cleaned well after the work. Highly recommended.

I got an estimate from sales associate JJ. He explained everything to me from what would happen start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and professional . I hired Genererator Supercenter to do the job. Two technicians came out to do the work, Tyler and Dave. They went through all the steps of what they would be doing. They explained everything in detail. Any questions I had they were happy to answer. This company also had a very reasonable price compared to other companies. I was so happy I chose them. Can’t wait to lose power!!
