Brandon came out to the house late last night to inspect our Air Conditioner evap line and ended up doing some small repairs around the whole unit. He was quick and very nice the whole time and got the job done well and for a great price. I really appreciate him coming out so late. Thanks Brandon!

I came in contact with Josh Merrill at the home and garden show where we discussed installing a tankless water heater. Mr. Merrill came out to my residence and answered all my questions and provided me with a quote. Within two days he had his plumbers out to start the install. Nathan and Dave Jr. were the two young men and were very respectful and projected nothing but the utmost level of professional decorum! I am very pleased with the plumbing portion of this job and to see young men in the trades. There were a few glitches with the electrical side of this project but I will say that when I called Mr. Merrill and sent him photos of the discrepancy he came to my residence to review and get things on track. I do have to mention the Mr. Merrill was on his day off and at a resort with his wife and left the resort and came back to my residence twice just to ensure he gave top level customer service. Mr. Merrill is a man of his word and I appreciate his attention to detail.

Jesse was very nice and professional, called and talked to his manager about the AC issue. Ace home repair is lucky to have such a fine young man on staff. Jesse was good but that does not mean this issue is resolved, he said I would need to buy another filter, but I want to know why this was not addressed when the unit was iinstalled. This is unacceptable!

Donnie Garza, Plumbing Tech came to complete our annual plumbing inspection recently. He arrived when expected. He was very knowledgable and thorough. He took the time to patiently explain his findings and recommendations. He made very useful suggestions that allowed us to better understand how to protect our systems and make good choices!! He has a great personality for dealing with customers. Great assest to the ACE Service Team!

I had 2 other plumbers come out to deal with a drain blockage at my home...with minimal effort neither was able to rectify the situation and were recommending a pipe excavation....which would have cost thousands of dollars in repairs due to the fact im in a single story house on a foundation. Thomas came out and solved the problem after only about an hour. He was through and he thought outside the box to come up with a solution and it worked out great. Couldn't be happier.

Billy from Ace Home Services provided excellent air conditioning maintenance service. He was knowledgeable about the system, conducted himself professionally throughout the visit, and maintained a friendly demeanor. When he discovered an issue with my system, he quickly troubleshot the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently. I appreciated his expertise and would recommend his services to others. Great experience overall!

I already did a review of AC and scheduling on Google maps, so I'm not sure if this will clear it out. But I wanted to also give a shout out to Ray in plumbing. He came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. Thank you Ace for having great employees. Here's my review for Google maps just in case. Great experience with Kyle G with our AC maintenance plan. Professional, on time, thorough and personable. He explained everything really well, and proactively got us set up with an included service in my plan for plumbing. Went out of his way to make sure to get us set up to have our water heater flushed, for free, part of our plan. He didn't try to sell us anything. Also wanted to give a shout out to Lily in scheduling. She was absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful. And a little funny too. Very grateful for people like them. Great service.
