Please update your hours, it says opens at 6am, I was there at 6am, nothing was opened !
Our company truck with Encore Image was damaged while at their facility for repairs. Ryan Johnson who evidently is in charge does not care about your business or if you ever come back. I highly recommend you do not do business with this company. Run...don't walk away and find another company who can service your equipment.
They are one of the leading CAT Service Center around they have a out standing Diesel engine my place of business uses them all the time and we get nothing but the best from them by the way thank you (Cortez) for the great job buddy
Three times wrong parts every time!! . I drove six hours today to fix a 1 he. Job.. Six hrs.... 5 hrs in December... Wrong parts.. Go to orange County they don't miss a beat
I love these guys, but unfortunately they are suddenly ALWAYS out of stock on the generator(s) that I need. Very strange. Seems that they would go out and get more? Oh well. When did they change to "Quinn Power Systems?"
No good no more since they changed from Johnson to Quinn it has been nothing but trouble the good service is no longer there!!!
