Very impressed with Gabriel. Very thorough explanation of the system and the company Generator Superstore. We appreciate the time and care he took to look at the best option and placement. We did have a few placement challenges but Gabriel looked at every option with care. Very professional. It really showed how much he loved his job. Highly recommend

The Generac Team did a great job for us. Bradley was thorough & personable & took the time to explain the work that was being done. Vince identified an issue with our electrical panel on the day of installation & spent a significant amount of time sourcing a new panel. Overall, very professional, efficient and personable. This is the way to go. I have sleep apnea and can’t do well without electricity. Plus at my age this system works without any notice of power outages and not stuck with starting and hooking up a generator through a window during a rainstorm or freezing cold weather. Pete the technician familiarized me with less than 5 minutes. Basically just shut the lid and it takes care of itself with just one annual checkup.

Gabriel is very knowledgeable about his product and services and explains them patiently and thoroughly. He answers questions factually and accurately. If he doesn’t know the answer he calls someone who does know. He gives a great sales pitch and shows excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of the product! He is also friendly and helpful.

Joy Martinez in the front office and John Suchy who came out to my house were phenomenal. This is a great company with two great employees. Update …. I had Alex, Brad & UV, out at the house today to set the unit and hook up the electrical. They were professional, neat and thorough. Brad detected a faulty breaker, even though it still worked, he had planned to replace it when he returned for the unit start up in less than a week. However, the team returned later in the day and fixed it after hours when they could’ve easily already been home with their families. I called Ms. Valerie, the manager, to brag on & praise these guys …. At this point, it became obvious after visiting with her, that she recruits and develops great talent; two amazing qualities in a great manager. The Generator Supercenter is the real deal.
