They always help me get and carry my gardening supplies. Being handicapped with a cane and a bad back from cancer, this means everything to me. Gardening is my passion and their assistance and quality gardening selection makes the magic happen. Well stocked but cluttered and cramped. Generally nice and helpful staff. Beware: Tools can’t be returned, even if unused—a policy they don’t always tell you at the time of purchase. When I objected to this when trying to return an unused tool, they claimed they told me (I’m pretty sure they didn’t, as I would remember) and also pointed to a sign that is hidden behind a shelving unit at the register. The staff was unapologetic and cold. Indeed, when checking out with additional tools today, a different staff member did not mention this policy, and so I asked why, which they couldn’t explain. That staff member even agreed with me about the hidden sign.

I love this store! Great people, great selection, and they have almost always come through with what I needed (I can't expect them to have everything). I sincerely hope this place remains in business for a long time. I would much rather support this locally owned store than mega-online providers.

I’m looking for replacement special parts almost week, and actually the store have with reasonable price. I was very surprised, young stuff very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

Excellent small hardware store with 2 floors of goods and longer hours than most other hardware stores! They pointed me in the right direction for screws and fasteners and I was out in 15 minutes. Conveniently located on Market Street along a bike route.

"I recently visited the Ace Hardware store on the corner of Market and Church, and I couldn't be more impressed. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly knowledgeable. I had a unique grounding cable requirement with specific plugs, and they not only understood my needs but had me in and out in less than five minutes! In larger stores, you might spend hours searching without any luck, but this local gem proved to be a lifesaver. The store may be a bit hard to spot from the outside, but it's right there on the corner. If you appreciate friendly service, expert advice, and avoiding the Saturday shopping chaos, this is the place to go. They've definitely earned my business, and I highly recommend them to others.
