These guys are great from their service to their parts dept. Hector is our rep, n he is helpful and a great asset to them. So is their service manager. Honestly, their team is great. Thank you from sea to land logistics.

Valley Power has the most amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly parts department staff, Wilmington branch is very well stocked, very rarely do they say that they need to order the parts in from another branch.
I'm not sure why this guy's. Instead of fixing the pump, they disconnected some of the wires , we never ask them to do any of that. We had to take the pump to Reed anyway, which it cost a lot more.. where the mechanic was like, what in the world happened, to top it up We were charged . It's not very ethical
It's a good place to get parts, they have good customer service.
