Technical representative Israel is a definite asset to your company. He is friendly, honest, intelligent, and knows what he is doing with the Generac machines. He serviced my device and went beyond servicing; he also cleaned it inside, including the battery. I hope he is the man that you send to my home anytime I need servicing. You are fortunate to have such a qualified employee.

Gallegos Electric did an amazing job installing our standby generator. I was having HOA problems and Daniel step right up and worked with me to provide the proper information and we got approval.

I’m very grateful and thankful that I chose this company for my home generator installation. Their pricing was reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. I received multiple quotes from other companies, and some of the things they wanted to do to get the generator set up were just outrageous. That said, communication with Daniel was a challenge—I won’t lie about that. He was hard to get in touch with, and I had to track him down a few times. However, once everything got started, the process went smoothly, and the end result was great. Overall, I do recommend working with Danny and his team. Just be mindful that he’s busy, so patience and persistence might be needed. But in the end, the work and pricing make it worth

EDIT: they reached out after I posted this review and had someone come out in the afternoon. The experience this morning was very frustrating, but then they did everything they could to make it right in my opinion. Edgar came out and was very professional and helpful. If I accept their bid I will update that experience. ———————————- I scheduled a consultation for a potential generator installation at my home on Thursday 5/22/25 at around 2:30 pm for the next day (Fri May 23rd 8 am - noon). I received both text and email confirmation of the appointment. At almost 11 am on Friday 5/23, I received a text about scheduling an appointment with no mention at all of the appointment I was waiting for that very moment. After I asked for clarification, they informed me they didn't actually have the time slot available and "sorry for the inconvenience". They stopped responding to texts, and when I called it would just ring a couple of times then hangs up. I stayed home from work for this, and wasted a morning. Really bad experience.

Schedules maintenance date and showed up to perform tests as planned. Great service. No problems.
