Tempe Power has always been amazing to work with!! They go above and beyond with customer service and always the most helpful when it comes to servicing and repairs on our equipment. Rob has always been a great help and this is our #1 shop for new equipment and any other supplies we need. Thank you guys!!

As soon as I called them up to query about a cement mixer it felt like I was talking to family. They were able to rent me a Mud Mixer which was perfect for me since this job was going to be done solo. This mixer happened to be brand new but you would have guessed all of their other tools were brand new too with how well they have been cleaned and maintained. The Mud Mixer is not available for rent at Home Depot but this shop did have one in stock as well as a collection of high quality tools from top tier brands! I will definitely be going back exclusively to them for my rentals. They are also located conveniently between two highways so they're easy to get to. The pricing was extremely fair and in some cases better than other rental shops or big commercial construction supply companies. Just do yourself a favor and go to Tempe Power Equipment before anyone else and save the hassle and money!

Stopped by to get help with my Stihl blower pull string. Not only did they get it fixed, but Rob also walked me through on how to repair it next time. This is the kind of business that helps us all keep moving forward. You guys are so helpful thank you!

Took my Echo Blower in after I replaced carburetor and it still would not start. I was informed they can't guarantee after market parts and would try a OEM. After installing the O.E.M carb it still would not start and it was determined to be the ignition coil. I was a bit irate as it had been over a month and sadly took it out on the tech who said they had to wait till Monday to get coil warrantied from Echo. I was able to speak with Rob, the parts manager who sympathized with my situation and promised to speak to shop manager on Monday and make it right. I was contacted Monday in the morning by the shop manager who told me the coil was in stock and would be replaced that morning and my blower would be ready that afternoon. This is a classic example of excellent customer service and follow through. A very irate customer was understood, and situation remedied to 110% satisfaction. The cost was way lower than expected and the blower runs fantastic. An apology was due and given to the tech who was totally understanding and professional. Thank you Tempe Power Equipment and when I but my next blower, it will be from you.

Don’t buy a STIHL CHAINSAW unless you want a mess everywhere. I’m from Missouri and have owned many Stihl chainsaws 029s mostly (as a landscaper) and NEVER had leaking bar oil problems. I moved to AZ and wanted to buy from a lawn care dealer not a box store so I found TPE. After about 3 chains worth of use, I cut a few trees down for my new house, I noticed bar oil everywhere. I took it back to TPE and they said Stihl chainsaws leak deal with it. But they said we can try to find a leak but we won’t. I was shocked, why would you sell chainsaws that leak? Why would Stihl let these saws out for sale? I picked my saw back up two weeks later all cleaned up. I set it down in my garage and didn’t touch it for 10 days and look at the leaking oil in my picture. NEVER will I buy Stihl again. I also don’t like that TPE is selling these to people and not warning them. You will have a mess in your truck or anywhere the saw is. Also just found out they sold me these crappy "safety chains" with an extra kickback tooth thing on the chain. No wonder the sharpening place didn’t get them sharpened.
