There is no job that Victor will send his Technicians on that he wouldn't do himself. Whether it be load banking, pulling cables or annual service, he is side by side with his Technicians. As a former coworker of Victors, I would work with him again anytime anywhere. But I have recently relocated to the Chicago area.
