This company sucks. They came out to diagnose an issue with my cooktop and the technician didn’t even know how to kill the power to my cooktop correctly. Incompetent employees providing BS diagnosis of malfunctioning electrical equipment. I do not recommend this company to anyway! Stay away !
Joseph and Austin were very professional and proficient during the repair of our beast of a generator. I called during the middle of an ice storm and was surprised how quickly they were able to get to my repair. The team was awesome and charged a very fair price for their services. I would not hesitate recommending them for any electrical work. I hope not to need them, but if I run into any electrical issues, I will call Lamb Group. Thanks again for your prompt response and fair pricing! It feels good to know our generator will be functional if we need it.
Our experience with the Lamb Group Inc. was great! We placed a request with our home warranty on Thursday, January 16. Lamb Group contacted us on Friday and was able to come on Tuesday, January 21. Ernie informed us the parts we needed wouldn’t arrive until later that week. Everything happened just as he said, as he just finished with our repair TODAY, January 27 and I’m currently washing . Thanks to Ernie & the Lamb Group Inc!
Just didn't explain the whole process. Took a lot of money and time(they bill by the hours) from me. Not quite the expert you need for a complicated job because they will take their time diagnosing (through trial and error) what an expert electrician would diagnose in no time. Had two guys at my house for 6-7 hours on 5 GFI sockets. Ended up paying $650. Just an unreal, devastating experience.
Lamb treated us fairly. They were true to their estimate, responsive to phone calls. Job done in professional timely fashion! Impressed with staff!!
Employee attempted to enter home without a mask. When prompted to wear a mask he stated he was vaccinated. When we stated we did not care and a mask was required he stated he did not have a mask. Then proceeded to say how Covid was no big deal because a bunch of his family members had it and it was no big deal.
