Just had a great experience at Lowe’s! We picked up a new mower, trimmer, and blower, and the two employees who helped us were awesome—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. They answered all our questions and helped us set up delivery, which made everything even easier. Really appreciated the great customer service. Thanks again, Lowe’s team!

Always a great selection of plants. I bought 2 gorgeous snake plants my last visit. All my plants are from Lowe's. The are always healthy, beautiful, and pest free..more importantly, at a great price!

I needed an outdoor faucet extension but was not able to walk the store to get it. The Associate at the service desk had an associate go get the item. Both were extremely helpful. I appreciated the great customer service. So sorry I didn't get their names,so I could mention them. It was shortly after 8pm.

Needed to blow 20 bags of insulation in the attic. They will loan you the blower if you purchase 10 or more bags. The guys at the pro Desk are always super helpful. The whole process was quite simple.

I frequent this Lowe’s often and today I had a great experience. I was greeted and handed a weekly flyer when I entered the store and at self-checkout, I was given help with my items. I appreciate you guys giving me such a positive experience today.

The rating does not reflect the store employees as they are always great, but instead, their delivery and installation teams, policies and outdated software. I purchased a dishwasher on 7/30; the sales associate gave the expectation of being contacted to arrange delivery within 72 hours. The email that followed shortly after stated 2 days for delivery contact to be made. I waited 72 hours and when I called the delivery number on the receipt, they referred me to the installation department which had no idea when I should expect delivery. A week later I received a text that delivery and installation would be on 8/18, another week and a half from now. Since I've been handwashing dishes for a week I called to see if the appointment could be moved up, and that was not an option. I found several local plumbers that could do same day installation, so I called back to cancel the installation and have the dishwasher delivered. After an hour of being transferred back and forth between installation and delivery, being hung up once and still getting nowhere, I went back to the store to have the manager address the issue. Here is where the situation gets even more ridiculous. Their POS system can't just refund the installation; they must refund the whole transaction and sell the washer and warranty again. Now there is $1132.87 that I must wait 3 to 5 business days to return to my debit card, while paying $866.44 to repurchase the washer, parts and warranty. On top of that $220 deposit to rent their truck since it would take another 2 days to get it delivered at this point. The corporate office and executives either assume that people are made of money or just don't care about how people in this situation are treated. You would think they could use some of the $83.67 billion in revenue that they earned last year to get a modern point of sale that has reasonable functionality and train their after-sales support in follow-up and customer service. I've done business exclusively with Lowes for the past 17 years but never again.

May 7, 2025. The gentleman you have doing the loading who loads the Pineneedles and the straw and landscaping items on the morning shift completely brightened my day. With his upbeat attitude, very kind customer service, and willing to help every way possible I would have to say you guys have a very big asset To your company, I did get his name however I forgot it. That’s why I put the date and the time which is a 10 AM. He’s When you guys need to definitely try to Keep employed. He was working super fast and even carried extra bales of straw to make everything move along quicker for me and other customers I’m very impressed.
