The mechanic from P.M. called ahead. P.M. sent me his picture and name. He arrived as scheduled. He performed the preventive maintenance. He let me know exactly what he did, and that my system was good to go. He also said my battery was fine for another winter season. All good and gave me confidence that my generator is ready for our winter. Thank you for being in charge of my generator.

Great Communication I love the communication through text message in case I’m busy and don’t need to answer the phone. I can text when I’m available. Tech came out very professional. Got the job done in a timely fashion. Very great customer service.
